The Confrontation In The Foyer

The Maid Who Saved the Millionaire Baby from Betrayal

Richard handed baby Leo back to Elena with gentle hands and full trust.

He stepped directly into Victoria's path near the large American flag display.

His voice shook the grand foyer with absolute authority and rage.

Richard: I am divorcing you today, and you are going straight to federal prison!

Victoria: You would destroy our marriage over the words of a house servant?

Richard: Elena saved my son while you treated him like a bargaining chip!

Victoria attempted to push past him toward the heavy wooden exit doors.

Richard blocked her way firmly without touching her or raising a hand.

Richard: The police officers are already turning into our long driveway right now.

Victoria gasped sharply and leaned against the cold wood wall behind her.

She saw the flashing blue lights reflecting through the frosted glass windows.

Victoria: Please, Richard, let us talk about this inside the private office!

Richard: Our talk is finished, and your entire trust fund scam is over!

Elena stood near the archway holding the peaceful infant close to her heart.

She watched as two armed police officers walked inside the front entrance doors.

The lead officer stepped forward and pulled out a pair of steel handcuffs.

Officer: Victoria Vance, you are under arrest for child endangerment and fraud.

Victoria screamed out in anger as the cold metal locked around her wrists.

Victoria: Unhand me right now! My lawyers will ruin all of you!

Richard: Your high-priced lawyers will not be able to save you this time.

The officers escorted Victoria out the heavy doors into the bright morning sun.

The loud closing click of the mansion doors echoed through the high hall.

Richard turned toward Elena with deep gratitude shining inside his tired eyes.

Richard: I can never repay you for what you did for my child today.

Elena: I was just doing what was right to keep young Leo safe, sir.
